Yosua 1:15

1:15 until the Lord gives your brothers a place like yours to settle and they conquer the land the Lord your God is ready to hand over to them. Then you may go back to your allotted land and occupy the land Moses the Lord’s servant assigned you east of the Jordan.” ¹ 

Yosua 22:5

22:5 But carefully obey the commands and instructions Moses the Lord’s servant gave you. Love ²  the Lord your God, follow all his instructions, ³  obey ⁴  his commands, be loyal to him, ⁵  and serve him with all your heart and being!” ⁶ 

Yosua 24:17

24:17 For the Lord our God took us and our fathers out of slavery ⁷  in the land of Egypt ⁸  and performed these awesome miracles ⁹  before our very eyes. He continually protected us as we traveled and when we passed through nations. ¹⁰

[24:17]  ⁸ tn Heb “for the Lord our God, he is the one who brought up us and our fathers from the land of Egypt, from the house of slaves.”

[24:17]  ¹⁰ tn Heb “and he guarded us in all the way in which we walked and among all the peoples through whose midst we passed.”
